MSE upper jaw expander
Skeletal expansion of the upper jaw via microimplants - real, not just tooth tipping.
MSE (Maxillary Skeletal Expander) is a device for skeletal expansion of the upper jaw. Unlike classic expanders, it acts on the bone through microimplants, achieving real jaw expansion rather than just tooth tipping. It's indicated for adults with a narrow upper jaw, crossbite and obstructed nasal breathing; in teens and young adults it can replace surgical expansion. Installation includes 4 microimplants in the palate. Activation at home is 1-2 turns a day; expansion takes 2-4 weeks, followed by 4-6 months of stabilization.
