A clear night aligner works with the retainer for maximum result stability.

A retention aligner is a clear removable tray made from impressions of your teeth after treatment. Worn at night, together with a fixed retainer it gives maximum result stability. It's made of medical thermoplastic by vacuum forming - exactly matching the tooth shape and fitting snugly to hold each tooth. The first months it's worn nightly, then the intervals are gradually extended on the doctor's advice. One aligner lasts 6-12 months; we recommend keeping a spare in case of loss.
